The Studio

Naomi's team.

Naomi runs the marketing — but she doesn't do it alone. When the work needs research, ideation, rendering, or code, she dispatches a specialist. Each one has a name, a job, and a face. The marketing department you don't have to hire.

Scout

research specialist

The one you send when you want to know what’s working right now. She pulls trending hashtags, reads competitor accounts frame-by-frame, and writes a short report every time she finds a pattern worth stealing. If a post went viral in your niche this week, Scout found it before you did.

Juno

creative director

The one who pushes for the bolder version of the idea. She writes multiple distinct drafts instead of one safe one, then argues for the one with the sharpest hook. She’s the reason a carousel ever says something surprising instead of something generic.

Milo

video editor

The one who owns rendering. Videos, clip assembly, motion — all of it. He’s the teammate who hands off long jobs to the background queue so Naomi and the others can keep moving. If a render takes 90 seconds, that’s 90 seconds everyone else got back.

Ada

developer

The one who reads source code and opens PRs. If Naomi hits a bug mid-session, Ada gets sent in to trace it, write a fix, run the tests, and come back with a diff. She found a broken slide link in twelve minutes last week.

How she runs them

A creative director, not a prompt engineer.

Naomi sits at the top of the loop — she picks the strategy, decides what to make, and reviews the output. When the work splits naturally — say, research while drafting — she dispatches two teammates in parallel. When a render or sync will take a while, she hands it off and keeps moving. You watch the whole department work together, in real time, like sitting in on a marketing standup.
